The bit works as it should. I bought this piece to soften the edges of a cabinet front frame I built. After downloading the bit to my router, I used it on a test pattern. I was satisfied with the result, so I moved on to the face frame. After running it over the first part of the front frame I found several areas of the frame covered in blackish grease - it must have come from the drill as I just finished sanding it. Judging by the location of the grease, it should be coming out of the bearing or just above it. I examined the drill bit and didn't see any grease so I moved on to the next part of the face frame - same result, grease got on the work piece. I'm a bit worried that the lube (although I wiped it off) might be because the foundation I'm about to apply isn't sticking or not sticking well. I've never had this with a router bat.
