This was a good deal and I would recommend it to anyone throwing a dinosaur birthday party that doesn't require a lot of decoration. I had it decorated for my son's 2nd birthday. When I saw that it came with two green lined backgrounds each selling for $5.99 I decided to buy it for just a few dollars more and it came with all the extras. It comes with an adorable dinosaur birthday banner already assembled. I really liked the quality of the dinosaur balloons and the way they were assembled, although it took a little longer. They are made up of parts (the legs connect to the body) which was actually great because my son decided to ride them and instead of ruining the balloon he just blew off his leg. We reconnected it, blew it up a bit and it was like new. They were too heavy to be blown up and floated by one of the little helium balloons, but they were nicely placed in the party room. I didn't know much about party hats, they were difficult to put together, they didn't want to fold properly. We didn't use the dinosaur tail pin at the party so I can't comment on how it was. All in all, the banner, background and balloons more than justified the price. (The green color in the picture behind the banner and fringe is dollar store tablecloths only, not included with purchase)
