Soothing Formula Suitable for Toners and Astringents
This is a reliable product that is soothing, non-irritating or firming with a good list of ingredients. One reviewer gave it a bad rating because they don't seem to know how the phrasing works. And that you make skin care products in HUGE BATCHES, so of course every bottle in that batch will be the same color. How could you give two stars if you just don't know how the products are made, it's ridiculous and has no real basis. Also, how does a formula with the same color mean that "quality ingredients are unlikely to be used"?! Lol what people complain about is amazing.
