S Pen from the Samsung Note line.
If you take it apart (which my son did when trying to replace a non-existent battery to make it work on RCA Android) it's literally an S Pen from the Samsung Note range of Phones enclosed in a larger pen case! I literally pulled out a mini S Pen and even used it in my Note 10 Lite. Clever, but nothing more.
