I like that it's user friendly; so far there isn't anything i dislike about this service thusly we are happy with our experience! This software allows us to have an easy way of monitoring all aspects from product management (in-store) right through till after purchase/delivery when customer returns their goods etc.- All in one place which also helps track stock levels /amp upsells - It has really allowed me more time for my own work rather than having constant alerts coming into multiple applications as well keeping myself updated via email or text messages regarding what needs doing next.
