The system is very user friendly - everything you need has been thought of from creating profiles through interviews right down t o sending out employment offers via email or text message etc.. It allows for instant communication with applicants which was not always possible before using this software-it keeps all parties informed at every stage including employers who can track progress easily as well.- no more having candidates keep calling back until they get an offer/reply after that its good old fashion chasing emails / calls but i dont mind because my linehire team do such great jobs when communicating wih me about potential employees!
