TOO SMALL NOW suitable for baby care

We last bought these replacement heads in the fall (2020) and they were fine. They have resized and are really only for babies now, maybe a small child. They used to work well for our 7 and 5 year olds, but now they're not that effective for little kids that age. To be honest, I don't find children's toothbrushes that small. Why has the size changed? You can see the difference in the photo, the same item was purchased in August 2020 and the other in February 2021. I'm sending them back and I'm disappointed.
