Most modern RGB motherboards have 5V 3-pin aRGB connectors. My motherboard has 12V 4-pin RGB headers and it's becoming increasingly difficult to find fans that are both 12V and compatible with MSI's Mystic Light software. These fans fit the bill and work well. The only thing I don't like about them is that when you try to set the color to white they have a blue cast, but that's typical of most RGB fans. I use two for exhaust and two for intake and they keep my computer very cool. They can get a little noisy when boosted to 75% or more, but if you've got your fan curves set correctly and your PC case is well ventilated, they'll rarely ever get to that level. The included fan hubs make installation easy and allow you to connect even more fans if you want lots of RGB bling, and you can connect other RGB devices integrated into the fans and coordinate them to create great color effects. I'm still in the build phase but I'm planning on adding some RGB light bars that should nicely illuminate the inside of my case with these fans.
