I love ordering from Best Buy. I have had mostly positive experiences and my merchandise always comes quickly even though I don’t pay for speedy delivery. This sweater is decent quality but I was very disappointed in the size. They recommended that I buy a medium and I am a small person. I ordered a SMALL and it was absolutely huge.The arms were so long they completely covered my hands even when I cuffed them. The whole thing hung like a bag on me. Be mindful that this product is much larger than the size would indicate.
