Their support team is very helpful with any questions I have ever had! The platform itself has many features to allow your business success in reaching new customers while growing an engaged community of followers that will help you gain more exposure for yourself or products/services offered by yours truly. It can be difficult at times when trying to figure out how best use some functions but their customer service department really makes it easy. Not much as far as dislikes go other than they could probably make things look cleaner sometimes (but this would not stop me from using them again). We are able to reach a large number of people through our channel which allows us greater opportunities for sales leads / marketing campaigns via emailing lists we've collected.
