If you are an animal hoarder like me. then you'll love the fact that these little hammocks are great for all small furry pets and birds. In fact, my birds LOVE them to hang out in and to sleep in at night. The only negative I noticed was that after washing (machine or by hand), the fabric colors fade quite a bit. One of the push-pin hole openings (not sure of the technical word.) came detached after machine washing once. Because of this, I'm washing them only by hand. Other than that, these would have been a definite 5 star!Also, if you are getting these for guinea pigs, by pigs just found them a great place to poop and make a mess. It may just be my piggies.
