Failed after 6 months

Purchased 04/16/2021 Failed today 09/14/2021 It is still charging the device but cannot transfer data. The cable is not physically broken or worn out. Optically in perfect condition, but does not transfer data. I tested it with different phones and different devices to rule out other variables. It's definitely a bad cable.
