The best feature is that it integrates with Salesforce so you can do your CRM from within this app as well! It's not easy to use for someone who isn't familiar or comfortable using an iPad/iPhone - I had some issues getting used too them at first but after training my team members they are now able t o navigate around just fine (although still prefer desktop). We have been very happy overall though we've only started implementing in March 2018 yet our sales reps love how much more efficient everything has become since then!!
