You open the box and it's just wrapped in bubble wrap and the rest of the pieces are thrown in the box. No security. For the price it should be safe. Okay, the hair dryer itself works great. It's a classic matte black that doesn't scratch and I really like that color compared to the glossy black that comes with most hair dryers. I have thick hair and it seemed to work quicker than usual. What I noticed is that there isn't actually a button to switch to cold mode, instead there is a button to switch to burst mode. Not the end of the world, but it's a feature I've used in previous hair dryers. It's easy to use. Two buttons, one for heating, the other for power. Comes with two styling tools which is a nice touch. It's currently $120, which is a fair price for a good hair dryer, and I think it is. This should last you years and will really save you a few minutes of morning hair styling. 5/5 stars.
