DO NOT BUY! If you look at the photos, a chip is clearly missing. Maybe the person responsible for soldering this chip was on vacation that day? I'm trying to find reasons why this might be happening. Except for the clear realization that their product will not work and a return is almost guaranteed. This isn't the first time I've ordered a cheap China part, but it comes chipless. Maybe they anticipate that some of them won't be returned because it's a nuisance or they shouldn't be bothered? I think if you can get someone to buy one that's missing the chip and then hope they don't return it, they did it and made a few bucks.
