I loved that they listen to our needs as well have goals set for us, but didn't really know what we were doing in regards of SEO or PPC campaigns until after some time had passed from launch; not all issues are immediately visible - so there's nothing more frustrating! We got results by working together &amp having them do things their way vs ours (which helped). I like that they are transparent about what they do, how long it takes to get results, and what needs to be done for success.
