Review on 📷 Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H55 14.1MP Digital Camera: 10x Wide Angle Optical Zoom, SteadyShot Image Stabilization, 3.0 inch LCD, Black by Jennifer Johnson

Unfortunately I'm back in the camera market as this camera was stolen with some incredibly valuable family videos which for some reason I couldn't transfer to my photo program ( I don't think that it was a problem with the camera). I came back here to leave a review for others to think twice before buying this camera. I had VERY high expectations but the photos are proof of that and even on EASY they just didn't live up to my expectations. I'm not a professional photographer so I can't give you any technical details, but I'm a huge photography enthusiast and have used some very good cameras over the years. The light sensor appeared to be off (either overexposure with a flash, or too little light and it was dark), and the distortion of the subject was what worried me the most. It would literally change the shape of people's heads/bodies. I got a good picture from time to time, but I just couldn't count on getting good pictures all the time. Attempts to capture moving images have almost never been successful. I've had the best luck with outdoor shots in natural light. Another problem was the location of the flash. I had to constantly be careful not to block my finger. I got some good shots but I won't buy this camera again as I've had it for a year and overall I'm very disappointed.
