PRO: This is a genuine boxwood topiary preserved. When I opened the box there were a lot of loose leaves in the box, but I believe the topiary was done more fully so that this inevitable shedding during transit doesn't spoil the overall look. The packaging was very good given the odd shape and delicate nature of the product. The smell that others have mentioned and that was mentioned by the seller is a natural, dry botanical smell, similar to the smell of cut grass or hay. It's not uncomfortable and clears up after a few days. The color is bright and looks natural. The pot is cute and rustic/classic, better than advertised. CONS: The overall height I had was only 18 inches. Also, there isn't as much "trunk" space at the base or between balls as advertised, making the look stocky and chunky rather than classic and elegant. Money. I was hoping to use it as a center point, but will probably move it somewhere else in the fill space. I'm a bit disappointed.
