I give this bag 4 stars but can't fault it - a great bag. It gets a 4 because although I wanted a medium sized bag, it's a little smaller than I thought it would be. I have a SakRoots XL wallet and it fits perfectly in my pocket but doesn't have much room for anything else. Also the phone slot on the outside back is suitable for a smartphone but not a phone with some sort of protective case - I have an Otter on my Galaxy 5S and it doesn't fit in the slot so I have to put it in the pocket. One last thing, the inner pockets are very small - they don't reach the bottom of the bag, so pens or sunglasses don't fit in the pockets. I like the color, the style. and the drop on the handle is perfect - which is really hard to find - it's just not big enough for me.
