Bought these for myself and two grandaughters, age 12 and 15.gave them their choice of color. we love these hoops.they are not heavy nor too light. They are not real and we know that.but for the price point and the fun level these are great. If something tarnishes or gets lost or whatever could happen.so what! The packaging was great too. Love love love these. Dont hesitate to get them. Oh yeah I am 66 yrs old and have always worn hoops.but have kind of backed off of that as i love the small dangly earrings to go with my second pierce which I wear diamond studs in with the screw backs as they are pretty pricey. however my lower pierce is reserved for fun earrings of which I love sharing with my grandgirls. Yes they love 60's and 70's music as well. Thanks for great earrings. Im ordering more!
