Review on Misono Molybdenum Paring Knife 3 1 by Kristen Narvaez
Sharp and well made
I bought some Cuisinart paring knives from Revain for Thanksgiving and they weren't very sharp. I asked the professional who sharpens my knives what brand he prefers. He recommended miso. This knife is much sharper. It's smaller than the Cuisinart C77TR-3PR, but still easy to use.
