Works great and was easy to program. Took me less than 3 minutes including reading the instructions which are clear and simple. For years we suffered from slow and intermittent connections from the Time Warner Cable (now called Spectrum) remote control. I was reluctant to make an appointment with a technician as I found them to be incompetent in the past. So for $13 I decided to give it a try. It's a real miracle, at least for me, to have a remote that actually works on my system. I recommend wholeheartedly and unreservedly.
