I didn’t want to write a review, but when I saw how an employee of the company was making fun of customers with MACs, I could not resist. I have the same problem, but I have a standard modern gaming PC with Windows 10. All software is licensed, there are no problems with other gaming devices (mouse and headset) from other manufacturers. However, at any moment, a key can unexpectedly "stick" at me, as if I had clamped it, and then turn off and no longer respond until you reconnect the keyboard. The problem occurs not only in different games, but even when typing in a Word (for example). I press the keys softly. By the way, the previous keyboard is over 5 years old and works great, I just decided to free up space on my desk by buying a more compact keyboard. Called support, installed the ate, nothing helps. They advised me to return it to the store, as there will be extra time I will do it. And to you, the employees of the company, I recommend to recognize the percentage of marriage and not to joke about the clients who, by misfortune, got it. Or will you also find something to cling to in my words and try to ridicule, as they did with the owners of the MAC ?! By the way, the unit is only for the attitude towards MAC drivers, although I am not a fan of this company. Without these inappropriate, in my opinion, jokes about them, the keyboard deserved its solid deuce, because. the design is excellent.
