Great headset, great people
Wow! That's all I can say about this headset. I don't think I can ever go back to the Plantronics I used to be. This greatly simplifies the work. When I need to adjust and focus I use a headband with two earbuds and when I need to talk to patients I use one ear. Plus, with the 3-year warranty, I don't have to worry about anything. It was worth the money. Plus, the customer service is unbeatable! I will recommend this headset to anyone I know who works with phones. PS: Josh from customer service helped me in no time, if you need help ask him!
