Compression for fit.

I bought this cookware hoping it would work with my Sopka Magnum wood stove. Well, after several different answers from other buyers regarding the right size, I decided to take a chance. The pan fits in the oven BUT not on the rack - the ledge in the oven that holds the rack sticks out and the pan doesn't fit. It fits on the oven floor - I used a 1/2 inch cast iron rack to keep air circulating around the baking sheet. So it works, just with a few tweaks. In general, the pan is good, heavy and deep. enough for my purposes. My first pizza burned a bit, even though I brushed it with a good coat of olive oil and cornmeal. Probably needs a little more seasoning. She cooked the pizza well - it didn't burn. I cook a lot in cast iron and every piece you get takes a "learning curve" to see how it cooks.
