Received this item yesterday and tried it on today, used it in the gym and run on the treadmill. It definitely did its job, a high impact bra that protects your twins from bouncing around. :)My usual size is M but I ordered a L knowing that when an item comes from China (i.e., skinny size, LOL), I had to go a size up. Fits me well. I will order couple more. Highly recommended.
