I wanted to put these tinted marker lights under my truck's front bumper on the lower plastic apron for a cool lighting effect. I love the smoky dark color and how well it goes with the black plastic front skirt. While the cosmetics look good, the parking lights just don't give off enough light. The inner elements of the LED lighting inside the lantern are aligned in a straight line and form a small rectangle. The light lens spreads the light to the sides and is very directional. I had to align each marker's orientation to match each other, otherwise it looked bright, some lights were brighter or dimmer than others around each other. Overall, the marker light is well made and fits very well. However, I decided to replace them with much brighter yellow lights.
