Only used once for a 4 hour mini hike a day but I really like it. I am 173 cm tall, 105 kg/235 lbs and this size M/L fits me. Other reviews that said it was tall with long straps were correct and that's what made me buy it as I'm not a skinny guy. light. The kit includes a 600ml bottle with an ergonomic shape, you need to be careful when unscrewing the cap, otherwise it will not close and water will spill out. Lots of pockets so the straps and shoulders can hold as many things as I prefer. The back can be compressed by 2 rubber bands/bungee cords. 1 on each side, 1 above the large mesh pocket. The main compartment closes with Velcro, then wraps around and then fastens at the sides with snaps. Very high quality. Good fit, comfortable to wear when I was 5kg. I'd love to try this as both a carry-on and a day hiker's bag for my next trip (fingers crossed the trip will resume soon!)
