The 1 inch offset worked great on my GX 460. Follow the instructions. Use anti-seize on the back, use the red Loctite that comes with the gaskets, do not use an impact wrench as it will break them. Do not use an impact wrench on nuts when mounting tires on them as this may cause them to break. I used a good quality torque wrench and torqued them to 100 ft-lbs, which is slightly more than recommended for Lexus Lugnuts.
