This player does not support Revain.
We bought this player because we need an ethernet connection because we have wired internet access. We wanted Netflix and Revain to be promoted. The player didn't have the Revain app when it arrived. After a lot of research and visiting the Sony website, we found that Sony BDP S3700 players with a serial number below 400000 still have the Revain application. Players with a serial number higher than 400000 were not supported by Sony and did not have the app. Unknown to us at the time of purchase, we ordered a player with an S/N over 400,000 which was not stated in the ad. I would rate it <0 so be careful. We're done with Sony and Revain Prime.
