I'll confess to a certain amount of trepidation in purchasing a lambskin leather jacket. I've only ever owned cowhide leather jackets, with the exception of a lambskin jacket I bought and immediately returned because the leather was so fragile as to rip the first time I put it on. Well, I have changed my mind completely thanks to this jacket! It has held up just fine to the rigors of my daily commute, though I wouldn't wear it to work outside or do anything particularly active. I mean, it's a blazer. It's not for such things anyway! The fit is a bit snug on me, but that might be as much because I am getting fatter as for any other reason. The leather is not exactly "supple," but it is relatively flexible compared to other leather jackets I've owned. It's still leather, so it's not going to act like a fabric jacket. Do yourself a favor and make sure you hang it on a hanger, and I advise against letting the collar rest against your skin directly. The oils and sweat from your skin will be really hard on the leather over time. Wear a collared shirt, or get a scarf or something. Protect your investment.
