Good price, works but tamper lacks rim gap
This works, but when I was making cheddar cheese with 50 pounds of pressure, the rim gap between the inside wall of the mold and the rim of the ram was the one that fits in the Shape so the curd can be squeezed out and form a ridge on the edge of the cheese. I wrapped the cottage cheese in gauze, but the problem remained.
