They look like the factory version. Mine came with two packs of "Adhesion Promoter" to clean and prep the paint where the 3M strips stuck. It's not just the alcohol in the nonstick towels because it made the paint I wiped off a little tacky as it dried. After installation I tried to remove one of the door sills and it wouldn't move.
