The ease in which you can connect all systems, the amount of customization options available at no extra cost is amazing! It's easy to use but not as intuitive or user friendly when first getting started using it.

I think they should give more tutorials/in-person training so users have an easier time learning how everything works together without having their questions answered by someone who knows nothing about what we are doing. You will need support from them during setup if needed after initial implementation however once that has been done (and they make this process very simple) things work perfectly! They do provide ongoing maintenance contracts where additional features get added over time - great way to stay ahead of competition while also staying within budget limits! Great software overall allowing us to streamline our daily processes into one system.
