My go to option when looking for Analytics & Reporting software
We have been using them for our BI reporting needs since 2013, they are very professional in their approach to solving business problems with data analytics tools like Power Bi or QlikView etc., there is nothing much that I dislike about this product from my experience so far as it has served us well over time without any major issues of downtime/performance degradation during peak hours (or even non-peak times). They also provide excellent customer support services which we appreciate highly! Nothing specific but would love more customization options available if you want something custom built rather than just use ready made templates provided by bigbisolutions.com - please do try out your best not only price wise but other features too before deciding whether its worth paying premium rates compared to many free alternatives online today. Our organization uses these products extensively across multiple departments within one particular division at work place hence ensuring seamless flow among all users.
- Excellent platform both enterprise wide solutions including dashboards alongwith various types visualizations & reports.
- Good user documentation especially videos describing each functionality stepwise through simple steps / screenshots explaining how everything works seamlessly together when put altogether under dashboard mode i think most powerful thing ever created here!!:) :)
- Reasonably good cost effectiveness
- Almost everything is ok
