Functionally, this holder is perfectly fine. You just have to know what you're getting yourself into. If you are a fleet driver there are a few things you need to know. First, if you plan on putting this on the dashboard, plan on keeping it there. Also, plan for the sticky mess when it's removed. There is a very sticky silicone pad on top of the suction cup. I took it off and use it on the windshield. Which leads to the second problem. There is not enough time to clean the dashboard of a minivan and possibly some cars.
