It's easy for our administrators (who are not security experts)to use this software as they can see exactly where their users have been when logged into an application or website that contains personally identifiable information like usernames/passwords etc., This makes them feel confident about having access control over who has what permissions which allows greater accountability of user activity within applications / websites we provide services too - no need anymore asking "where did he go?" because you know!
