My goal was to use them on products I would sell. Its smaller size would be perfect for a bracelet and even a dainty light necklace. I received these products and was relieved to find that they appear to be reliable and moderately durable. Not cheap and doesn't feel like plastic like I've seen others do. I just made my first clasp bracelet and wore it for two days to test before making more. Unfortunately, the color of the clasp has changed significantly compared to the original. It changed from light yellow gold to a dark, almost coppery color. I can't say for sure if the exterior coating has come off or if it's more of an oxidation situation. The clasp still feels smooth so nothing has come loose. Seeing how quickly they change, I can't use them for something I'm selling. If that's what you want to use them for, I wouldn't recommend it. I'll end up using them on my own projects where most people won't notice the fasteners.
