Unconventional use of the Bakeware
I use it as a lid when cooking pizza in the Lodge 10.5 cast iron skillet on the boat. Once the cheese is gone I put the lid/inverted cake pan on. This allows me to finish the pizza when all the cheese is well melted. And the skillet also works as an appetizer bowl with side dishes.
