im 5'5 and 140 lbs. & got a medium. considering that this has a lot of spandex material, the cuts in weird places (like back of the heel on one of the legs) do not stay intact and becomes loose, making it look like u stepped on it by accident and ripped a giant hole. i will likely end up cutting off the bottom because the seam drags on the ground when i walk. it is def loose fitting and very comfortable but it is way too long. and also looks more like medium waist and not high waist as described. given the amount of stretch it can handle, u prob need to size down. i may try a different color in small because i love the baggy look.
