So I got it and couldn't use it all the time. It arrived fully or partially charged. I've used it several times to pick up small spills (coffee grounds etc) and kept it empty and clean. When there were signs of slowing down, I plugged the USB cable into a wall charger (not included with the wall charger) and left it plugged in overnight. When I tried to use it again, it never came back. A couple of times I've used it I've actually found it really handy as I'm disabled so it helps when I don't have to get out my full size vacuum cleaner. So if you decide to buy it, make sure you buy it, charge it, use it and charge it before the return time because it won't last long. After reading other reviews (which I should have done before buying) I found that others had issues as well. Online support didn't offer any help either. just be careful that's all. hp Mine also didn't come with a written manual, which would have been very helpful when troubleshooting. Spring.
