Great tool for ecommerce retailers!
This tool has helped us in many ways - from managing our inventory levels or order fulfilment process to helping us manage our shipping costs through different carriers. They have also been really quick to respond when we've had issues that are outside of their control. I wish they were a little cheaper, but given what you get it's totally worth paying. It does everything we need it to do! We're able to track orders across multiple channels (Amazon, eBay) as well as create reports to show how much stock each channel needs based on sales volumes.

Pros
- The software is very easy to use for end users both within an organization AND remotely with other companies who aren't familiar using this type system at all without any training required by them.
- The integration options into various ERP systems like SAP make life sooo simple if your business uses those types tools..and even easier otherwise too because
