I love the idea that everything goes together and the bright colors are great for me and my kids. There are two disappointments though: first, when you use cutlery in the bowls (like a fork to crack an egg) they seem to scratch the inside of the bowl (especially the red bowl) a bit, and I'm not sure if this should happen - or does it have health implications? Second, the size of the colander and strainer is annoying! Of course, a large colander is fine, but if you're trying to bake with a red mixing bowl and a colander for sifting dry ingredients, the colander is too small to touch the edges of the red bowl - obviously you'll want it to sit over it the red bowl, but with the reduced design, you have to hold the strainer with one hand while adding the dry ingredients and stirring with the other. It's not a deal breaker, but it's really annoying and could be solved by installing a colander-sized colander! The cup and spoon measurements are great, but I'm not sure I'd buy them again just for the two issues above.
