Bought because of their rating and also because they are said to be photochromic. Unfortunately, they do not darken in the sun. I placed them in the freezer for two hours as directed, then placed them in direct sunlight as directed. Nothing! I really don't like false product claims. This is an example. I've raised my rating from two to four stars. What I want to say is that these glasses sound as advertised! Place them in the freezer according to directions, but then expose them to natural sunlight, not a sun lamp. I was going to return them but decided to test them out on my bike where they worked exactly as advertised. Kudos for a good product!
