It works great but there are some issues. It's big, I have a medium sized hand and my fingers don't touch on the other side. This is an issue due to the placement of the power and print buttons. The buttons should be away from where you try to hold and operate the device. Of course, you can easily turn it off by adjusting your hand position. If you accidentally press the push button, it can hurt if your gums are too sensitive for the level you accidentally raised them to. After getting used to these issues it works great, my gums stop bleeding and it removes food debris that floss can't get because some of my teeth are too close together. It's also good for removing particles under the crown margins that flossing can't remove too reliably.
