More comfortable than a wooden seat, but not by much

I have a pink gaming chair that needed an extra cushion so it wouldn't be too lower than my monitor in my current desk configuration. I ordered this thinking it would suit my setup but as soon as I opened it up I was let down by the lack of toppings; it was like a pancake. I put it on a chair and wasn't surprised when my size didn't change at all. And after working at the desk for a long time, my back really hurt from this pillow. So if you're looking for pretty decor this is the place to go, but if you're looking for functionality look elsewhere.
