This is a device for my 9 week old pup. Delivered on time in a small well-packaged box. It works well and has multiple theme songs to choose from, even Christmas and Fiesta themes. The volume can be adjusted, which is convenient depending on the size of your house. I only use a ringer theme and teach my pup to tie a doorbell to put on a leash and go potty while everything is fine. One important thing to note is that my pup doesn't need to press the floor, they just need to place their paw on the device and the bell will work.
