Since September 29th, 2022, we have accumulated a total of one hundred hours of usage time. A month later, instances of lost connection with the computer (via the USB port) started to occur, either by themselves within 1-5 seconds or as a result of turning off the mouse. These instances occurred randomly. At first, these incidents occurred in isolation; later, however, they started to occur repeatedly: sometimes for many times in a succession, sometimes for three or four times within five to ten minutes. During this time period, the majority of my use of it was for work; nevertheless, switching on the games caused the entire process to become disrupted. The light indicator then illuminated after the switch was turned on, and it promptly extinguished itself. associated it with the depletion of power stored in batteries. The mouse operated for one day after the elements were replaced (they were pulled from another wireless mouse, which had been purchased for 600r for the wife's work), but when I turned it on this morning, the light indication barely flickered once and then stopped working altogether. I will make an effort to submit a request for assistance under the warranty, but I am not certain that I have the check. This is due to the fact that for many years, I have been using items from the G line of all directions, and I have never previously encountered such an unfavorable experience. Added: after the old batteries have been removed and replaced with new ones, it will switch on, the indicator will light up for 2–5 seconds, and it will function. The organism subsequently entirely stops showing any indications of life. I am completely at a loss on what to do.
