Massagers are painful.
Overall it's not a bad foot spa. The hot water feels great but it has trouble staying hot. The biggest thing I don't like though is the bottom is spikey and the massagers hurts a lot. It's not a comfortable experience. If you just use it for the hot water, vibration and bubbles it's great, but the massagers and the bottom hurt a lot. My review remains the same but I've decided to raise it to 4 stars because of excellent customer service. They even gave me a partial refund.
