My 33 month old loves to fold these flowers but the base won't hold up. We have a gear toy with a base so difficult to assemble that it requires a Samsonite gorilla. This toy has the opposite problem. The base is so loose that it wobbles even when the base is placed in a circle for stability. This is a disappointment. But the little girl is proud of the flowers she builds and shows them to everyone. The free base does not allow her to play alone for more than 5 minutes. I know it would have held their attention for much longer if the base hadn't been annoying. In the end she knocks down the flowers and leaves.
